You can return the product within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
Unfortunately, if you have used the product, we will not accept its return. The product must be returned unused, in the original packaging.
If you notice a defect in the product, we may offer to replace or repair the product. In that case, we will be in charge of paying the postage.
